If a product doesn’t work out - don’t worry! You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exchange it or return it for a refund. After 14 days, you will be eligible for store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To process a return/refund, please email us at email@example.com with your request + order number.
All custom products, jewelry, stickers, accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.
Merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with provided tags in order to be accepted for a return, exchange or refund.
Items sent back with obvious use, deodorant, make up stains, pet hair, smoke or perfume scents will not be accepted. Items returned that appear to violate our conditions will be sent back to you. Items must be received in original condition.
We process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your item. You will receive an email with the details of your processed return.
If you believe you have received a damaged product please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to attach images of your damaged product. After reviewing your claim, we will either issue you a replacement or a refund for the order. We do not refund shipping unless you send the item back to us.
If you paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, this is non-refundable.
Please note that international orders may be returned for a refund, however international customers are required to cover the FULL RETURN SHIPPING COST.
All exchanges within the US are free of charge. Exchanges outside the US must be paid for by the customer.
We DO NOT do exchanges for a different item. Exchanges are for the same make and model. Please first return your item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot set aside products for exchanges. If the requested product is out of stock, but a restock is coming, we will ship the product out when the new stock arrives to us.
Exchange requests that are not in stock and will not be restocked will automatically be issued as a refund.
We’ll deduct $6.99 from refunds for use of our return shipping label. Exchanges are free of charge.
