How long will my order take to get to me?

      Custom + handmade orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. All other items will usually ship within 1-2 days, but please allow up to 72 hours for items to be sent out. All custom and handmade items are made to order. If you place an order for a preorder item, your entire order will ship together once your preorder item arrives to our store. We do not ship out Saturday or Sunday. Please give your order at least 7-10 business days before arriving.

      International orders are sent out within 3 days and will arrive in 7-21 days.

      Orders ship out from New Jersey.

      You will receive an email with your tracking number once your products ship.

      Off Day Designs is not responsible for your package once it is in the mail. Once the order leaves our store, we do not control how long the order takes to get there. 

      How should I wash handmade + custom items?

        Handmade and custom items can be anything from tie dyes items, hand made graphic items, etc.

        All handmade + custom items should be washed + dried inside out on the coolest + most delicate setting. Hand washing is always the safest bet as handmade items are going to eventually fade over time. Try not to over wash!

        Can I return or exchange my order?

          Please visit our Returns + Exchanges page for our policies. 

          Which payment methods do you accept?

          We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

          What currency are your prices listed in?

          All prices listed are in US Dollars.

          I sent back my return, where is my refund?

          Due to COVID-19, all received returns will be quarantined for 3 days before they are processed. Please allow at least 5 business days for your return to be processed.

          As long as your return is in it’s original condition and approved, depending on your bank, it may take anywhere between 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. 

          Do you ship Internationally?

          Yes, we ship worldwide!

          Please note that the payment of duties and taxes is required upon entry (not at checkout).

          International orders are shipped with UPS worldwide expedited for fastest delivery. For more information about UPS shipping duties and taxes please go to their website. 

          I have never received my package, what do I do?

          Sometimes packages can get lost in the mail, once it has been dropped off and in the hands of our shipping carriers, we cannot assist. Please contact your local post office or UPS with your tracking number.

          We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you via email with further instructions. 

          Please check your surrounding area for any possible areas the shipping carrier could leave your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages by mail services. 

          I accidentally wrote the wrong address, can you change it?

          We ask that all address changes be emailed to us at offdaydesigns@gmail.com within the hour of purchase, as we start processing your order as soon as it is received.

          We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you via email with further instructions.

          Will my tie-dye pieces look the same as the posted pictures?

            All tie-dye pieces are handmade + one of a kind. They are expected to all come out slightly unique to one another. If you are planning to order a set I recommend ordering all the desired pieces at the same time so they have the best chance of closely matching.
